Human Capital

The company strategy execution and productivity are closely related with the employee satisfaction and morale which are the main factors of a good working environment that HAI has tried to preserve during all years of its operation. This working environment makes the employees feel proud, self-confident and loyal to the company's objectives and goals, thus promoting its prestige, profile and customer satisfaction.

A workforce of over 2100 employees, with very specialized capabilities and knowledge in the aerospace manufacturing area, gives HAI a strong competitive edge.

The implementation of good company practices are recognized by the employees and this is proved by their organizational commitment and loyalty towards achieving the company's objectives, by the fact that 40% of the manpower has been with the company for over 26 years while 50% of the personnel has a seniority of over 21 years. So, one can confidently claim that HAI is considered a "preferred employer" by its talented personnel and by those seeking employment.
